Order Processing and Delivery Time:

We typically process and ship orders within 24 hours of receiving the orders. Keep in mind that personalized items may require additional processing time. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, we’ll ship the non-personalized items separately, arriving earlier.

We offer a range of shipping options to cater to your needs. When placing your order, you can select from the following:

1. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option delivers your jewelry within 5-7 business days, depending on your location. This option is free for orders over Rs. 1000/-.

2. Express Shipping: For those who can’t wait to adorn themselves with our stunning silver pieces, we offer express shipping. Your order will reach you within 3-4 business days for an additional fee.

4. International Shipping: We proudly serve customers worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Shipping Charges:

We provide free shipping on orders over Rs.1000 within India. Please note that this offer does not apply to international orders or returns.

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details through email.

Partial Deliveries:

If you’re ordering items in addition to personalized or Gold jewelry, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

Return Policy:

We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy for all unused and unworn items. Exceptions to this policy include personalized jewelry, coins, utensils, and other gift items unless they’re defective or spurious. Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned items. If you’ve purchased a product from a source other than our website, app, or exclusive stores, their return policies will apply. Shipping charges paid during the order placement are non-refundable for returns.

Missing Items in Return Orders: If you claim to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup doesn’t include all items, we reserve the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund, including promotional items like free gifts and silver coins.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product in our warehouse, we’ll initiate the refund.

Replacement & Exchange:

You can request a replacement or exchange as per your needs. The conditions for replacements and exchanges are the same as those for returns. Replacement shipments will be dispatched after the initial return is picked up or delivered.

Return Process:

You can start a return request on our website or app. Alternatively, contact our Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the process. After initiating the return request, please be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. If you’re unavailable or can’t answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, extending the overall timeline.

Special Note on Serviceable Pin Codes: While most pin codes support both forward and reverse services, some rare cases may have only forward service. In such instances, we may ask you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post, and reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 70) you incur for processing these returns. If the charges exceed Rs. 70, any excess charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) will be deducted from the customer’s refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with their refund.

Empty Parcel or Missing Product: If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of package delivery. We’ll require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In such cases, the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.
